Returns Policy

Our returns policy does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. A customer may be entitled to return any product(s), only if there has been an error or genuine product issue.

We offer 7 day returns on our products, except custom made products and subject to our refund statement terms and conditions. All returns must come back in an unused, un-assembled, undamaged, re-saleable condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s). A 20% restocking fee is applicable on all returns. On receipt of the product, we will first inspect the contents to ensure all components are accounted for prior to making a refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all accessories, fittings and packaging are included with the return product(s). In cases where parts are missing broken or damaged, we reserve the right to reject or reduce the full refund amount to the customer.

If we are collecting goods, then any futile attempts made will incur a minimum futile collection fee of $350.00 AUD ex. GST. We will not collect any used, unpacked, partially assembled, damaged or unsaleable as new goods.

All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date we receive stock back.

Any return must first be approved by us in writing. We will then advise the address to return the product to.

Pre-orders and special custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once paid for.
