Refund Policy

Our returns policy does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. A

customer is entitled to return any product(s) if there has been an error or problem.

We offer 30 day returns on most of our products subject to our refund statement terms and


All returns must come back in an unused, un-assembled, undamaged, re-saleable condition and in

original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s). Restocking fees may be

applicable if goods are not returned to us in the same condition as when they were received. On

receipt of the product we will first check the contents to ensure all components are accounted for

prior to making a refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all accessories, fittings and packaging are included

with the return product(s). In cases where parts are missing or broken, we reserve the right to

reduce the full refund amount to the customer.

Any futile attempts to collect returned stock will incur a futile collection fee of $200.00 AUD ex. GST

when it has been found that the goods were not packed in a safe manner assisting to prevent

additional damage or collection.

We will not accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered by

you as a result of damaged, faulty or rejected goods, including but not limited to loss of profits.

All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date we receive the stock back.

Any return must first be approved by us in writing. We will then advise the address to return the

product to.

Pre-orders and special custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once paid for.
